- Keep improving your life.
- Maintain good friendships.
- Play hard.
- Understand your addictions.
- Tend a garden.
- Go apple picking.
- Love your family.
- Live simply.
- Have a good bedtime tea every night.
- Travel to new places (even if it’s 5 miles away).
- Bake a pie.
- Wear a piece of an ancestor’s jewelry.
- Pray to God, a Higher Power, or the Universe.
- Find a loving partner.
- Get rid of bad influences.
- Sleep eight hours every night.
- Take in a cat or dog.
- Give back whenever you can.
- Tip well.
- Work hard.
- Observe the world.
- Love, love, love.
- Care about the environment.
- Ride a train or a bus.
- Avoid addictions.
- Learn from those older and wiser.
