MY 55 WAYS TO BE SATISFIED

  1. Have good morning workouts.
  2. Eat well during the day.
  3. Keep a “to-do” list.

  7. Don’t gossip.
  8. Sing and laugh a lot.
  9. Have sex twice a week, or more.
  10. Write poetry, draw objects, paint canvas, and read a good book.
  11. Keep improving your life.
  12. Maintain good friendships.
  13. Play hard.
  14. Understand your addictions.
  15. Tend a garden.
  16. Go apple picking.
  17. Love your family.
  18. Live simply.
  19. Have a good bedtime tea every night.
  20. Travel to new places (even if it’s 5 miles away).
  21. Bake a pie.
  22. Wear a piece of an ancestor’s jewelry.
  23. Pray to God, a Higher Power, or the Universe.
  24. Find a loving partner.
  25. Get rid of bad influences.
  26. Sleep eight hours every night.
  27. Take in a cat or dog.
  28. Give back whenever you can.
  29. Tip well.
  30. Work hard.
